The ADU Plans Gallery is a turnkey tool for jurisdictions to launch a customized gallery of ADU designs, including their locally pre-approved plans and/or prefabricated and site-built plans from our growing database. This tool helps jurisdictions meet (and exceed!) the requirements of AB1332, the new California state law that requires local governments to have a process for pre-approving ADU plans and posting those plans online for homeowners to browse and use.
Coverage in this prominent national publication helps us with our goal to spread our ADU resources and tools to states beyond California as they pass new ADU laws and encourage ADU development in their communities.
