This session will focus on practical programs and tools, multijurisdictional partnerships, and financing strategies that local governments — both urban and rural — are using to make ADU development easier and more affordable. Includes short presentations and key takeaways to advance ADUs everywhere. We’ll be talking about our work on the NorCal APA award-winning Mother Lode ADU project, and we’ll have a booth at the exhibition hall with more info about our work and a station to play with the ADU Plans Gallery demo.
