Density Bonus Law for Nonprofit Developers

Monday, March 27 (time TBD)

This learning lab will cover density bonus law, recent legislative updates to density bonus law, and how it can be used as a tool to develop affordable housing. The session will go over how much affordability must be provided for various density increases and incentives as well as discuss what kind of modifications can be requested through an incentive or a waiver. Participants will have an opportunity to brainstorm ideas and apply concepts to a scenario of housing development proposals.
