“General Plan Steering Committee members and planning consultant Jeff Baird have carried out their duties with integrity and a strong willingness to listen to all members of the community and respond to their concerns. They have created a dynamic General Plan that reflects the character and values of our town, and introduces important policy and programs to guide growth and governance of Ross over the next two decades. The Plan articulates and embodies a vision of Ross in which residents join together to preserve the unique character of Ross and live in harmony with each other and the natural environment.”
